NE Irvington Whole House Remodel

This Irvington home was an ideal candidate for a full remodel. Neglected for years, this home was an eyesore in an otherwise beautiful neighborhood. We started with a full demolition of the interior. Every surface finish was removed as well as all of the electrical, plumbing, and mechanical components. With the original framing exposed, we were able to make major structural modifications that opened up a formerly crowded space into an open and airy modern floor plan. The designer’s aesthetic is decidedly modern, but we were able to fuse that perspective with the historical design of the home. Points of interest include:

· Beautiful wide-plank oak flooring on the main level

· Custom shaker-style kitchen cabinetry with Pental countertops

· Full height tile back splash with floating shelves in the kitchen

· New wood windows throughout

· Two full baths with Duravit Starck-3 fixtures throughout

· Master suite with two additional bedrooms
